Smells great, looks good, let’s see how it tastes. First time grilling steak in quite a while for me. Wife doesn’t eat steak so I only have it as an option on hamburger patty night.

Tastes great! Definitely medium rare, win.

What are you having for dinner? Why is Oppo so dead?

Steak looks good. Had a couple of hanger steaks for breakfast when I got from work what is now yesterday morning, it’s 3:30am here now.

I don’t know why it’s slow. It’s been getting slower and quieter for a while now. A lot mo re ‘hour rules’ between midnight and 5am lately and even the odd ‘hour rule’ at just after midday.

I usually like to eat steaks with sautéed mushrooms, but that would be too much distraction  when I was testing this steak grilling method.

Sounds like a good plan to me.

We should do a cruise and grill sometime this summer. The problem is that everywhere is sweltering this time of year except right near the water or very high in the mountains.
